COFFEE×CULTURE×COMPLEX

Just as coffee blending creates a new coffee with a rich variety of flavors and aromas by combining different beans, the Coffee Culture Complex is a multifaceted cultural space that expands through the blending of coffee and culture, education and experience, and, in turn, senior welfare and employment opportunities.

The Nono (老-NO) Café and experience area are organized around a factory-scale central space rising two to three stories high. Within this expansive volume, we sought to create a space of blended experiences, where diverse programs intermingle visually, olfactorily, acoustically, and tactilely, accompanied by the rich aroma of coffee and the sweetness of desserts.
